18:00-19:15 - Eli Lopian, Amdocs:  Helping cause change in an large organization

Eli Lopian, Group Co-Manager, Will discuss the problems and strategies in implementing change in your workspace, this will help in performing the cultural change needed to move to a more agile development process. Eli will discuss the motivation to change, resistance and how to overcome it, the 4P's strategy and other tactics that can help. He will also give his personal experience from implementing TDD in amdocs - a large software organization in Israel.

19:30 - 20:45 - Roy Sharon, K2K software: A Bug's Life

K2K is among the only software companies in Israel that had successfully undergone ISO9000 certification on its use of Extreme Programming and Test Driven Development. Roy Sharon will present insights from this process, with a focus on one specific aspect of Test Driven Development: preventing Bugs that Fight Back.
