# The Internet explorer security bug everyone should know about

[Luke Hutterman](http://www.hutteman.com/weblog/) shows just [how easy and evil it is](http://www.hutteman.com/weblog/2003/12/28-151.html) to exploit [this bug in Internet Explorer](http://www.zapthedingbat.com/security/ex01/vun1.htm) and take details from unsuspecting users with a click of a mouse. This scam makes you "update your paypal account details" but could easily be any other number of things. scary.
