# More Debugger Problems: aspnet\_regiis does not work on Windows 2003 Server

I've added the following solution to the [Resolving Debugger Problems](http://dotnetweblogs.com/Rosherove/Story/3695.aspx) Article:

**aspnet\_regiis does not work on windows 2003 server:**

**Solution:** "you can work around it by setting the identity of the application pool (app pools rock), and this might be a much better overall solution for W2K3 anyways." \[via [Early&Adopter](http://radio.weblogs.com/0117167/2003/04/23.html#a259)\]
