Some of us still use the 1.0 framework (for pretty weird reasons, some people still believe that moving to 1.1 would be a bad thing.. and it's not - if you take the necessary precautions and know what breaks between versions).

The least you can do then is make sure to download and install Service pack 2 for .Net 1.0.
