# Problems downloading The Regulator?

I've had one report of someone not being able to download the [latest version of The Regulator](http://regulator.sourceforge.com/) from sourceforge. It puts out a _“file not found“_ message for some reason.

I just tried it myself and it seems to work great. Anyone else encoutered this or has any idea why this is happening?
