MultiThreading in .Net is an important issue. [Sebastien writes a good article about multithreading](http://blog.thetechnologist.net/Trackback,guid,a1dd3efd-8715-4653-a16a-10c125046174.aspx) using C# examples, mainly talking about the benefits of the **ReaderWriterLock** object and using the “**Dispose**” pattern. Some stuff I didn't know in there (but that's nothing new - I seems as though anywhere I look there's a bit of knowledge that I had no idea about. The blogsphere is an amazing fountain of knowledge.)
