# The Broken - somewhat interesting "hacker" video show

By Roy Osherove June 30, 2004 In [Off Topic](https://osherove.com/blog/category/off-topic)

**Historical article** · Originally published June 30, 2004; technical details may be outdated.

A friend pointed me to [http://www.thebroken.org/](http://www.thebroken.org/) .

two dudes - doing a video show, and they talk about hacking, social engineering and interview Kevin Mitnick. In episode one the demonstrate how they do WarDriving and what software they use to hack into (the not so prevalent) encrypted wireless networks they come in touch with.

It's interesting. And Funny. Be sure to check out “Hacking with Ramzi” somewhere in the middle of the first video. Awesome :) borderline illegal, in a way, but still very interesting.
