Alik Levin has a blog. That's good news already - he's a frequent speaker at various conferences and user groups, but there's more. His blog is, other than a list of posts, a list of short movies in which he explains various technology concepts through demonstration - in Hebrew. So - if for example he talks about  adding instrumentation to your application using Tracing, you can actually click the title of the post and download a short movie detailing a short example of how to do this.
