Here's the stuff I've been listening to in my car lately. It's very geeky. Beware.

[Rick Rashid - From the Labs at Microsoft Research](http://www.itconversations.com/shows/detail451.html) - some very cool stuff.

[Trent Henry - Enterprise Security Architecture](http://www.itconversations.com/shows/detail692.html)  kinda of "heavy" but some good stuff in there.

[Peter Norvig - Inside Google](http://www.itconversations.com/shows/detail453.html) -  need I say more? Good stuff coming from Google Labs

[David Fogel - Accelerating Problem Solving](http://www.itconversations.com/shows/detail718.html) - some amazing talk about machine learning algorithms

[Paul Graham on Business and Open Source](http://www.itconversations.com/shows/detail657.html)  very insightful

[Ray Kurzweil](http://www.itconversations.com/shows/detail755.html) - "When Humans Transcend Biology" a totally futuristic talk, with lots of interesting questions to think about

[LugRadio](http://www.lugradio.org/episodes/37) - Funny show about Linux, but very very funny. What [DotNetRocks](http://www.dotnetrocks.com/) \*used\* to be.
