# FinalBuilder 4.0 is out - Lightweight, Scalable Build Managment Tool

By Roy Osherove November 30, 2005 In [Cool Tools](https://osherove.com/blog/category/cool-tools)

**Historical article** · Originally published November 30, 2005; technical details may be outdated.

The good people at VSoft have done it again. [FinalBuilder 4.0 is out and running](http://images.blogads.com/spzptifspwfdpn/iserializable/3280508/readmore?r=2&d=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.finalbuilder.com%2F), and I couldn't be happier advertising for it on this blog. One of the best products I've used for build management, and it gets better every release.

If you don't have a team large enough to justify Team System, This thing is definitely one of the first options I'd check for a light and easy build process that can scale and be maintained easily.

**P.S**

_(If you have a product so good that I'd ramble about it on and on like this, tell me about it. If I like it, you can advertise on this blog too and appear near the top left)_
