There's a special program to [design the patterns on a yamaka](http://www.kipa.co.il/dogma/)("Kippa" in Hebrew).

Also, from thr Same site: Haaretz newspaper finally has RSS (with a funny warning along with it that says that only private individuals may use the XML content..)
