# FixIt Reader - Possibly the Adobe Acrobat killer we've been waiting for

I just discovered this cool, free and fast PDF reader, which looks like (finally!) an Adobe Acrobat Reader Killer.

Adobe Acrobat has been getting on many people's nerves, with all its plugins, commercials and long load times - it's a behemoth which I'm surprised didn't have much competition.

The Acro-Killer in question is called: [FoxIt Reader](http://www.foxitsoftware.com/pdf/rd_intro.php) and in the zip file you'll find only one EXE file. That's it. It loads fast and runs inside the browser just great! They also have a [Pro version](http://www.foxitsoftware.com/pdf/rd_pro.php) of this which includes many features people might need.
