Pair Programming when working with remote teams is somewhat of a problem, until you start counting in the fact that Collaborative Text Editing between remote location is supported in some text editors as a primary feature.

[Gobby](http://gobby.0x539.de/trac/) and [MoonEdit](http://moonedit.com/indexen.htm) are two that I know about, but when will we see something like this for Visual Studio .NET? I'm pretty sure the latest version of [SlickEdit](http://www.slickedit.com/content/view/73/60/) has something like this as well, right?

Know any good add-ons or tools that will allow remote Pair Programming with .NET?
