I’ve been Editing lots of videos lately. My company got a video camera: Canon Legria FS200. It saves the movies in a digital format – as MOD files.

Unfortunately, Adobe Premiere doesn’t work with these files. I needed software to convert MOD files to QuickTime or mpeg files. I found a good free one : It’s called [Mpeg StreamClip](http://www.squared5.com/):  It works well. and it’s pretty fast. And it’s Free.

What’s not to like?
