# New Book: Notes to a software team leader

I've started to write my upcoming book titled "**Notes to a software team leader**" (hat tip to [Kevlin Henney](http://www.two-sdg.demon.co.uk/curbralan/kevlin.html) for the name idea). The book will combine many of the subjects [my 5whys blog](http://5whys.com/) addresses, plus notes collected from some of the best minds in the management field, various stakeholders and actual team members.
