I've added the following solution to the Resolving Debugger Problems Article:
aspnet_regiis does not work on windows 2003 server:
Solution: "you can work around it by setting the identity of the application pool (app pools rock), and this might be a much better overall solution for W2K3 anyways." [via Early&Adopter]
