Unfortunately, Only US addresses are allowed, so me being in Israel is kind of a problem :(.
Rant:
Why don't MSFT allow sending books outside the US as well? I don't mind paying for the extra shipment costs. It's just not fair.

I got the Book in PDF format from Jan . However , If you find an extra print copy lying around then I'd be happy to pay the shipment costs if you sent it over to Israel for me. Contact me here in that case. Thanks in advance :)
