A nice article about Data-Binding in Winforms:
http://www.akadia.com/services/dotnet_databinding.html
Among other things, it explains about the Currency Manager, BindingContext,Master-Detail displays - all the stuff you'll actually need to use in the real world.
If you just played around with binding, but havent really explored it up until now, this is a good start.
Update:
Looking more into the root of this site, it looks like they have a pretty nice bunch of small articles/tips ranging from .Net winforms to Oracle 9i installation. Read some good stuff.
