[Cool Tip] Speed up Outlook email switching

Ah! great Outlook tip:

Next time it takes up to 15 seconds to switch between emails, be sure to disable the instant messaging feature. Tools->Options->Other->uncheck "Enable Instant Messaging in Outlook". “

Nice.  In my case I could only find the “enable person name smart tag” checkbox though. Seems like that one works.
