I swear, if one more person sends me an email, SMS message or MSN IM message quoting this phrase, I will personally choke someone to death. Been there, read that, move on people. That's exactly what tools like The Regulator and Expresso are trying to solve, so get off my back.
Yes, Regex is not for everyone and for everything. So is XML, duh.
