I need someone who has good DotNetNuke installation experience - the www.agileisrael.com site keeps falling and This is a community site, so whoever can help is helping a growing community here in Israel.
I'm not sure what the problem is:

and then I get a database version error as well....
This all seems to fix itself after an IIS Restart.
