Omer has posted a set of articles regarding the Code DOM (the set of classes that allow you to dynamically write and generate code on the fly using the .Net framework for the .Net framework)
Some good stuff in there. I got the chance to read the original Hebrew article and learned a lot. Omer has also helped me write one of the plugins for the current Regulator, the plugin that generates C#or VB.Net code on the fly from the current Regex.
