18:00-19:15 - Eli Lopian, Amdocs:  Helping cause change in a large organization

Eli Lopian, Group Co-Manager, Will discuss the problems and strategies in implementation change in you workspace, this will help in performing the cultural change needed to move to a more agile development process. Eli will discuss the motivation to change, resistance and how to overcome the resistance, the 4P's strategy and other tactics that can help. He will also give his personal experience from implementing TDD in amdocs.
